POSITION: Business Development Representative (BDR) LOCATION: Copenhagen (on-site)

DO YOU ENJOY STARTING CONVERSATIONS AND OPENING DOORS?

As a BDR at DUUO, you’re right at the front of our growth. Your role is to identify potential customers, reach out, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

This is an outbound role and a hands-on introduction to professional sales — with responsibility from day one.

You’ll become a specialist in the early part of the sales process and play an important role in making sure our pipeline is always filled with relevant opportunities.

QUICK NOTE: BDR VS SDR AT DUUO

  • BDR (this role) = opens doors, starts conversations, books meetings
  • SDR = runs the process and closes the deal

Simple as that.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED (KPIs)

Your primary KPI is qualified meetings booked. In addition, we track:

  • Total number of calls made
  • Total number of connected calls
  • Emails sent
  • Other outbound activity
  • Connection and response rates

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a BDR at DUUO, you will:

  • Identify and research potential customers
  • Reach out via phone and other outbound channels
  • Build relationships from the very first interaction
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Build and develop a strong pipeline

You’re not closing deals — you’re setting them up.

YOU ARE / HAVE…

  • Curious and proactive by nature
  • Ambitious and motivated by results
  • Comfortable using the phone as your primary tool
  • A team player who brings energy and takes responsibility
  • Fluent in Danish and English

Experience with sales, meeting booking, or customer contact is a plus — but not a requirement. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

  • 💰 Starting salary 20–25k (depending on qualifications) + commission per meeting (up to 750 DKK) based on meeting quality
